Knowledge Sharing
1. Youtube channel
I have my own Youtube channel customized to disseminate my knowledge to different audiences. For my recorded lectures, I make them Unlisted i.e. only to be viewed by my students, but I also have several public videos for general knowledge sharing on my field of interest.

2. Seminars and workshops
I have involved in several workshops where I shared my expertise in dairy products, particularly ice cream. I began with a brief introductory lecture on the science of ice cream, before guiding the participants into making their own ice cream. The participants of my workshops ranged from pre-school kids up to business owners.

3. Production for income generation by faculty
Since I was appointed by the Dean to be the Coordinator for Income Generation of Faculty of Bioresources and Food Industry in 2020, our team has produced several food products related to our expertise in food processing, such as Vitato cracker, roselle cordial, roselle snack and roselle ice cream. The sale of these products was encouraging and they have become our signature products to date.

4. Improvement of local food products
As academics, we are also consulted by the industry players to improve their business, in my case by troubleshooting the processing of their food products. I have involved in two projects to produce new products from mushroom and improve the quality of a chocolate spread product.

5. Publications in indexed journalsUp to 2022, I have published 13 articles related to my field. There are 5 more articles to be published in 2022.
