Dr. Nur Fatihah Hasan Nudin graduated with a Ph.D in Plant Breeding from Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands. Her Ph.D thesis was focussing on molecular determination and genetic modification of anthocyanin biosynthesis in Lilium. Dr. Fatihah is currently working as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Bioresources and Food Industry (FBIM), Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Kampus Besut, Terengganu, Malaysia. Her research interest is in the field of genetic diversity and breeding of cucurbits, purple corn and some important medicinal plants. In 2020, she received Anugerah Akademik Universiti (AAU) Award in the category of high-impact journal, which reflects her interest in research area.
