TEACHING PHILOSOPHY AND CORE PRINCIPLE
•At the heart of my teaching philosophy is a commitment to cultivating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. I believe that every student brings a unique perspective to the classroom, and it is my responsibility to create a space where diversity is celebrated and all voices are heard. Inclusivity, to me, is not merely a goal but an integral part of the educational journey.•Central to my approach is the principle of student-centered learning. I see each student as an individual with distinct strengths, interests, and learning styles. My role as an educator is to facilitate a learning experience that tailors to these individual needs, fostering a sense of ownership and empowerment among students. This approach not only enhances understanding but also promotes a lifelong love for learning.•I started my career as an educator in the midst of COVID19 Pandemic Crisis. The crisis created gaps in teaching & learning that requires constant innovative responses. From my involvement in teaching Family Medicine for undergraduate medical students, I have honed my skills in student engagement, and education technology integration. These experiences have shaped my belief in the importance of inclusivity and engaging the students as they are along with their strength and weakness.•As you explore this portfolio, you will discover my dedication to creating an inclusive and student-centered learning environment.
