(HR Ali b Abi Thalib)Understanding the strength and weakness of our learners is extremely important in addressing their learning needs.
TEACHING METHOD
Embracing active learning methodologies is another cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. Whether through collaborative projects, discussions, or hands-on activities, I strive to create an environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking. Active learning not only deepens comprehension but also prepares students for the challenges they will face beyond the classroom.Amongst method that I had used:- Flipped classroom
- Game-based learning
- Jigsaw Classroom
- Think-pair share

On giving feedback….
I believe, giving feedback is the cornerstone of effective clinical teaching. It reinforce good practice, correct poor performance and modify behaviour which may subsequently enhances clinical performances. Feedback not done right, can cause demotivation and deterioration in performance. They are my undergraduate MBBS student during the end of their Family Medicine Posting, they are still happy even after their logbook viva session.
