TESTIMONY…THE HISTORY
When I was a junior lecturer in 2009, only three years after being a lecturer, I was nominated as ‘Pensyarah Klinikal Pilihan’ in conjunction with Minggu Citra Ilmu, School of Medical Sciences, USM. That was my first recognition from my undergraduate students which motivates me to continue with this journey as an educator.

STUDENTS' FEEDBACK ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROJECT ACTIVITY AS EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
In the Health promotion project, students are expected to experience promoting a health screening and prevention project. The project is done in a team where a specific budget was allocated for the group. They have the freedom to choose their project guided by the lecturer. The project not only aim to increase their knowledge but also to improve their soft skills
STUDENTS' FEEDBACK ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FLIPPED CLASSROOM
The Flipped classroom method was used in the teaching of medical ethics subject. Students were provided with materials that they need to read and watch a few videos prior to class. after coming to class, a revision was done with the lecturer followed but a Kahoot quiz. A discussion was also done through out the quiz. At the end of the quiz, students who won the quiz got their prizes.
