Background


Dr Wang graduated from Perdana University-Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with honours in 2016. During undergraduate studies, he travelled to multiple centres of excellence in Malaysia, Singapore and Manchester to gain research experience. Following graduation, he successfully obtained MRCS Part A and completed one-month observership in Wrightington Hospital, UK while waiting for housemanship placement. He then completed housemanship in University Malaya Medical Centre in 2019 and passed Orthopaedic Specialty Committee Part 1 exam in the same year. 

 

He believe in continuing lifelong learning by reading and publishing academic articles. He is currently the orthopaedic trainee lecturer of University Sultan Zainal Abidin. He maintains a strong interest in surgery, group discussion, research and teaching. He also actives in sports and enjoy playing classical guitar during free time.
