The purpose of continuous improvement is to enable the lecturers to understand how students feel and to let them not be afraid, to tell the truth, if anything happens (honest, effective communication). 

      With the improvements, the students will learn how to be confident and be better person.

The purpose of continuous improvement using the '3 Dimensions approach' is to enable the lecturers to expose students to learning by doing by gathering as much experience as they can during the learning journey.

      Thus, the students will understand the learning process much better and can apply it in the real working environment.
