About Ho Lee Hoon
Ho Lee Hoon, a senior lecturer at Faculty of Bioresources
and Food Industry, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Terengganu, Malaysia. She
received a B.S. degree in Science Bioindustry from the Universiti Putra
Malaysia, Malaysia in 2009 and was awarded Ph.D. from Universiti Sains
Malaysia, Malaysia, in food Processing and Preservation in 2013. She has embarked on a first career in Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin on 2014. She is active
in the area of food processing and food product development since 2010. Her
current research involves food processing, food product development, and bakery
products technology. She has published many important journals, book chapters and books in high impact journals and books. In recognition of her work, she is
often invited as external examiner for postgraduate viva-voce and as reviewer
in peer review journals at national and international levels.
