PUTTING RESEARCH RESULTS INTO USE: FROM SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS TO A MOBILE APP

In order to make the research useful beyond the scientific community, research findings were translated into a mobile app named “EatSAFE-StopWASTE”. Its aim is to improve food safety knowledge on food poisoning and food spoilage prevention among food handlers, schoolchildren and the general public.
